Traditional Me....
Tradition is something we must never forget....It's the stuff that makes us Indian....
It was the last of the practical exams that I had to finish, with great difficulty I finished it and was all excited to go home, since it had been a while. With lot of joy I packed and got ready to go. I started early so that I could get some good food on the way. We reached the hotel pretty early and had already told one of our friends to order for us so that we don’t get late. Inspite of ordering early the guy takes a lifetime to get us our food. Once we finished eating, we took an auto to the bus stand where we saw our bus. It was supposed to be a very pleasant journey as it was an air conditioned bus and we were a bunch of classmates traveling together.
As we started moving, I tuned into my Creative Zen for some good music and eventually fell asleep. After about an hour or two my friend woke me up and told me that the bus had broken down. I was furious at first but eventually cooled down. We were pretty much in the middle of nowhere and the bus driver stopped the bus right in front of a fire station(luckily!!!). Now, people inside were getting pretty restless and eventually everyone was out of the bus. We heard that there was some problem with the battery because of which the bus wouldn’t start. This was pathetic!!! I wanted to go on a peaceful journey not be stranded in the middle of the road at 1 in the morning!!!!
The bus driver had left for the closest town to get hold of a mechanic and for 3 hours we didn’t get any news from him. Suddenly the other bus driver who had stayed back started meddling with the batteries and found out that the problem was just because of a wire which was cut. Now, don’t ask me how he knew this all of a sudden but I was glad that he found out. In a couple of minutes the guy who had gone to the nearest town had come back with a mechanic as well so he got to work and in about 5 mins the bus got alright. We were supposed to reach Chennai at
I am just narrating this story to prove a fact that if you expect too much out of life it gives you the stick. Just go with the flow and am sure we will be just fine.

Everyone has been talking about this new car by Tata that’s going to change the face of motoring in
Now, the 1lakh car is ready but are the roads in
Now, it’s true that it ensures safety for most Indian families but the point I’m trying to make is that this is not a solution for the traffic safety in
This would be a good source of income for all the state governments and I see no reason why the government should not set it up.
It’s not that I am against the Tata’s introducing a truly revolutionary car; it’s just that because of this the kind of repercussions that are going to take place is going to be huge. Imagine an already cramped

When I had been to
Since
Then I wanted to go and touch the zero degree line. As I was walking around I saw a wall with a line and it was kind of ruined and when I went closer I realized that it was the zero degree line!!!! Immediately I pulled out my cam and clicked a pic, then I had an ingenious idea, I put my left leg on one side of the line and my right leg on the other side. This meant that half of my body was ahead of GMT and the other half was behind.
It was pretty hilarious once I thought about it. Anyways, the major attraction was the big Greenwich Observatory watch which is supposedly correct and which the whole world follows. If you get a chance do visit this place.
I saw a sign that said not to wear t-shirts that were red or orange in colour as I entered. My bro had to change because he was wearing a nice red one. On questioning the security guard I found out that if the tigers saw the colours of blood it would attack us. Phew!!! That was a close one.
When I went close to the first one it moved a bit and I almost freaked. But as I went around I began to enjoy it. Even my mom (who is scared of every animal on planet earth!!!!) was enjoying herself. The best part was when we took the tigers for a walk. They fitted each of these tigers with dog leashes and we could take them for a walk. It was awesome!!!!
After the walk, we went to the place where they fed the tiger cubs. These cute little things were fed using feeding bottles. Then, we were asked to wait at a spot on the road. All of a sudden there was this loud noise and food was being dropped on the road. All kinds of animals came together and started eating. It was a good sight to see.

I am a serious automobile enthusiast and watch as many shows as possible. One very good show that I came across was Topgear. This show is hosted by BBC and it has the right mixture of comedy, celebrities and awesome cars that they review. The thing that really caught my eye were the three personalities or characters if I should call them, who host the show. The trio namely Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May put on a very hilarious show. This show is not only for those who know the technical know-how but even for those who don’t anything!!!! You will still have a good time watching their shows. They do these variety of adventures which are pretty interesting as well. Some of their good adventures include a drive to the North Pole, taking a non 4 wheel drive car across
In the show they also have celebrities who get time themselves in their racetrack and get to see where they stand. Just to add a little mystery to the show, they have another character called the Stig who is always in a helmet. No onw has ever seen him but he drives real fast!!!!
You also get good reviews of all the cars, for example if they think a car is bad, they shoot it down!!!! That’s the sincerity that I expect and that’s exactly what they deliver.
For all those automobile enthusiasts, here's an awesome show for you!!!!
